How We Work

• First, we will visit your property to survey and observe the work that you require to be undertaken. (This will be free of charge)
• Following the survey of your project, we will send you a written quotation itemising the work we are pricing. This will usually be sent out within 5 days after the survey has taken place.
• The quotation will include a realistic timescale to carry out the works.
• We will follow up with a quick courtesy call around 7 days after sending you your quotation to discuss or go over any questions you may have relating to the quotation .
• If you are satisfied with our quotation and wish to proceed using Construction Tech, we will then arrange a start date that you are satisfied with.
• Prior to starting work we will arrange with you a site meeting where we will discuss our plan of works, we will cover all safety aspects of the work, along with any other recommendations we may have in order to carry out the work in the most suitable manor.

• We never ask for any payments upfront, upon accepting our quotation we will provide you with our payment terms which, are usually in 4 or 5 stages which we will agree prior to work starting. Payments will be due as each stage of work is completed this will allow you to plan your finances and cut out any risk of upfront payments.
